TERMINI E CONDIZIONI DEL CONCORSO “SOCAGE DAL CIELO”
1. SOCIETÀ CHE ORGANIZZA IL CONCORSO.
Titolare del Trattamento: SOCAGE Italia con sede legale Via della Chimica, 23 – 41012 Carpi (MO), con il proprio marchio promozionale “SOCAGE DAL CIELO”, organizza una promozione attraverso il proprio sito web con l’obiettivo di assegnare un Ipad alla fotografia più bella per la categoria piattaforme sotto le 3,5T e un Ipad per le piattaforme sopra le 3.5T.
2. DURATA.
2.1. La data di inizio del concorso è il 6 settembre 2022 e la data di fine partecipazione sarà il 31 dicembre 2022.
3. AMMISSIBILITÀ ALLA PARTECIPAZIONE.
3.1. La promozione è rivolta a tutte le persone fisiche, maggiorenni alla data di inizio del concorso e residenti in Italia, Francia o Spagna, che seguono le istruzioni per partecipare correttamente al concorso.
3.2. Sono esclusi dal presente concorso:
– I minori di 18 anni alla data di inizio del concorso.
– Utenti partecipanti che non siano residenti in Spagna, Francia o Italia alla data di inizio del concorso.
– Sono esclusi anche i dipendenti di SOCAGE Italia, Spagna e Francia e delle entità che partecipano o sono legate allo sviluppo e alla produzione del concorso, nonché i loro familiari diretti.
Nel caso in cui una delle persone escluse dalla partecipazione risulti vincitrice, perderà il diritto di ottenere il premio assegnato e il premio sarà assegnato alla persona successiva che soddisfi le condizioni di partecipazione valide.
3.3. La partecipazione al concorso implica la piena accettazione del presente regolamento, che può essere consultato dai partecipanti sul sito https://socage.it/.
4. QUAL È IL PREMIO?
4.1. Lo scopo del concorso è l’estrazione tra gli utenti di Spagna, Francia e Italia che partecipano al concorso a cui verranno regalati 2 Ipad.
4.2. In nessun caso il premio potrà essere soggetto a modifiche, cambiamenti o compensazioni su richiesta del vincitore, né potrà essere scambiato con il suo equivalente economico.
4.3. In nessun caso SOCAGE Italia (Spagna o Francia) sarà responsabile dei servizi che qualsiasi altra entità con cui collabora potrà fornire ai vincitori come risultato dei premi vinti.
5. COME PARTECIPARE? MECCANICA DELLA COMPETIZIONE.
5.1 I partecipanti devono caricare la propria fotografia a questo link: https://socage.it/socage-dal-cielo/
Selezioneremo i vincitori tra tutte le fotografie iscritte.
5.2. Socage Italia selezionerà i vincitori in base alla creatività e alla spettacolarità della foto. Nel caso in cui non sia possibile contattare uno o più dei partecipanti vincitori, verrà scelto come sostituto l’utente successivo nell’elenco, seguendo lo stesso ordine.
6. COMUNICAZIONE DEI VINCITORI.
6.1. I nomi dei vincitori saranno comunicati pubblicamente a partire da dicembre 2022 attraverso il web e i social network.
6.2. La comunicazione personale ai vincitori sarà effettuata, contestualmente, tramite messaggio privato per richiedere i loro dati personali al fine di consegnare efficacemente il premio, nonché per richiedere la prova dell’età e della residenza.
6.3 Se l’utente vincitore non risponde al messaggio privato entro 4 giorni dalla data di invio del messaggio privato da parte dell’organizzazione SOCAGE Italia, il successivo sostituto sarà scelto dalla lista dei partecipanti, seguendo lo stesso procedimento.
7. CONSEGNA DEI PREMI
I premi saranno consegnati dal 31 dicembre al 31 gennaio con i mezzi ritenuti più idonei in base alla sede dei vincitori.
8. RISERVE E LIMITAZIONI.
8.1. L’organizzazione del concorso non è responsabile di eventuali guasti o anomalie del servizio o della connettività prodotti da Facebook o Instagram che possano influire sul funzionamento dell’attività.
8.2. SOCAGE Italia si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al fine di garantire il successo della promozione in caso di giusta causa o di forza maggiore che ne impedisca la realizzazione secondo le modalità previste dai presenti termini e condizioni.
8.4. In caso di mancato contatto con i vincitori, SOCAGE Italia e i suoi partner si riservano il diritto di dichiarare nullo il concorso.
8.5. Allo stesso modo, il vincitore esonera SOCAGE Italia (Spagna o Francia), le società associate e i loro dipendenti da qualsiasi responsabilità derivante da eventuali danni subiti nel corso del godimento del premio oggetto del presente sorteggio.
8.6. SOCAGE Italia non sarà responsabile di eventuali perdite indirette di connessione o malfunzionamenti della stessa durante la partecipazione per qualsiasi motivo.

Tutti i partecipanti autorizzano le società organizzatrici a riprodurre, utilizzare e diffondere la loro immagine, il loro nome e cognome in qualsiasi attività pubblicitaria e/o promozionale relativa alla presente promozione, il tutto con qualsiasi mezzo (incluso, ma non limitato, lo sfruttamento via Internet e Internet per la telefonia mobile) senza che tali attività conferiscano alcun diritto a compensi o benefici di sorta, ad eccezione dell’assegnazione del premio vinto in conformità al presente regolamento. 4. WHAT IS THE PRIZE?

4.2. Under no circumstances may the prize be subject to modification, change or compensation at the request of the winner, nor may it be exchanged for its economic equivalent.
4.3. Under no circumstances shall SOCAGE Italia (Spain or France) be responsible for the services that any other entity with which it collaborates may provide to the winners as a result of the prizes won.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE? COMPETITION MECHANICS.

We will select the winners from all the photographs entered.
5.2. Socage Italia will select the winners based on the creativity and awesomeness of the photo. In case one or more of the winning participants cannot be contacted, the next user in the list will be chosen as a substitute, following the same order.
6. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS.
6.1. The names of the winners will be publicly announced from December 2022 through the website and social networks.
6.2. Personal communication to the winners will be made, concurrently, by private message to request their personal information in order to effectively deliver the prize, as well as to request proof of age and residence.
6.3 If the winning user does not respond to the private message within 4 days from the date of sending the private message by the SOCAGE Italia organization, the next substitute will be chosen from the list of participants, following the same procedure.
7. DELIVERY OF PRIZES
Prizes will be delivered from December 31 to January 31 by the means deemed most appropriate based on the country of the winners.
8. LIMITATIONS
8.1. The contest organization is not responsible for any service or connectivity failures or anomalies produced by Facebook or Instagram that may affect the operation of the activity.
8.2. SOCAGE Italia reserves the right to make changes in order to ensure the success of the promotion in case of just cause or force majeure that prevents its implementation in the manner provided for in these terms and conditions.
8.4. In case of failure to contact the winners, SOCAGE Italia and its partners reserve the right to declare the contest null and void.

6. COMMUNICATION DES GAGNANTS.
6.1. Les noms des gagnants seront communiqués publiquement à partir de décembre 2022 via le web et les réseaux sociaux.
6.2. La communication personnelle aux gagnants sera effectuée, en même temps, par message privé pour demander leurs données personnelles afin de livrer efficacement le prix, ainsi que pour demander la preuve de l’âge et de la résidence.
